Prior to joining Expedia CruiseShipCenters, Matthew spent 20 years as an entrepreneur. After selling his consulting company to General Electric (GE), he assisted a struggling public company with their financial turnaround until CruiseShipCenters recruited Matthew to assist with its managerial leadership in 2002. Matthew assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer in 2005 until he stepped into his current role as President in 2009. Matthew’s efforts focus around the corporate growth and long term sustainability of our Franchise Partners. In addition to leading the Expedia CruiseShipCenters team, he also heads up the Global Cruise team for all Expedia Group brands that sell cruise, looking for synergies and learnings across brands that can help our franchisees grow their sales and ultimately become more profitable
Bob is a long-time veteran of the franchise industry and has had an accomplished career developing and growing multiple franchise brands including Subway and Yogen Fruz. Overseeing all of Expedia CruiseShipCenters’ franchising initiatives from development, to start-up, to operations, Bob is passionate about finding creative ways to improve current systems and planning an execution strategy that leverages the strengths of the entire team.
Senior Director, Finance & Strategy
Rob came to Expedia CruiseShipCenters in 2003 after 10 years with public accounting firm, KPMG. Responsible for the financial operation of the company, Rob’s role includes everything from performance management, business planning and transaction processing to financial controls, franchising legal, and taxation compliance. Rob is passionate about helping others grow and make sound business decisions and does so by drawing on his past experience and expertise.
Koreen joined Expedia in 2004 and has played a key role in developing cruise line partnerships and in the growth of the .com cruise businesses within the organization. Koreen is responsible for overseeing cruise supply for Expedia CruiseShipCenters, Expedia.com, Travelocity.com and Orbitz.com. She manages all cruise supply relationships as well as day to day business; including merchandising and supplier operations.
Mike has over 20 years of experience working with franchisees and has extensive experience across operations, sales and procurement. He came to Expedia CruiseShipCenters from PepsiCo where he led a large team focused on business development with Global Franchise Accounts such as Subway, McDonalds and Yum Brands. In leading the Franchise Operations’ team, Mike continuously works with his team to improve the support for Franchise Partners in developing successful and long-term businesses.
Senior Director, Global Cruise Marketing
With over 15 years at Expedia CruiseShipCenters, John oversees Brand, Consumer Marketing, Franchise Development Marketing and Public Relations for all of North America. As a high impact leader who articulates a clear vision, John leads, motivates and develops the large Expedia CruiseShipCenters marketing team to achieve industry leading results. John is also passionate about giving back to his community and proudly serves as a Vice Chair of the Board from Canada Scores Vancouver, a not-for-profit after school program for vulnerable youth.
Deepthi oversees Product & Technology for Global Cruise at Expedia. Her teams are responsible for building products & tools that power Expedia Cruise’s industry-leading shopping experience for customers, franchise partners and agents. For over 12 years of her time at Expedia, she has worked on Air, Hotels, Cars before joining Cruise. Throughout her career she helped build many high performing product and technology teams around the world. She is passionate about building differentiated products, services and experiences that provide value for customers and partners.
Ealeen brings to Expedia CruiseShipCenters a proven track record in leading corporate strategy, strategic planning, marketing, and operations for multinational, billion dollar portfolios. Having spent the last decade leading some of the world’s most iconic brands and mentoring individuals at Procter & Gamble, Aritzia, and the Sauder School of Business, Ealeen will be a key contributor to the corporate Strategic Planning activities of Expedia CruiseShipCenters.
