You’ll have a dedicated business coach

Coach, counsellor, system expert and accountability partner – your Franchise Performance Coach (FPC) will fill all of these roles for you and is a valuable resource in the operation of your Center. From the day you open your doors to the day you sell your business, your FPC will provide support and training tailored to your individual goals and where you’re at in your franchise journey.

Your FPC will provide:

  • In-person training and support when you first open your Center
  • Ongoing business development planning and benchmarking
  • Consultant recruitment and sales leadership support
  • Training on system enhancements so you can fully leverage our tools
  • Frequent coaching calls and periodic field visits for added support

Planning your dream – working your plan.

One of the first things you’ll do when you begin our start-up process is to fill out your business planning tool based on your goals and available capital. Your FPC will guide you through this process to help you map out what your first five years in business will look like by answering questions like:

  • How quickly will you need to grow your team to achieve your goals?
  • How much will each Consultant need to sell to achieve your goals?
  • How much should you budget for marketing?
  • What will your cashflow look like in years 1-5?
