We know that it can be difficult at times to keep your Vacation Consultants engaged and motivated while also keeping them updated on what’s going on with the business. This is why we provide you with the resources and tools to run monthly team meetings that support you in keeping your team up-to-date on the business, building sales culture, leading your team to promotional success, recognizing sales achievements, and developing sales skills.

Each of our franchisees has access to their team’s dashboard on Partner Central. This dashboard highlights key success factors of each of your Vacation Consultants. Individual metrics such as the number of leads in their pipeline, YTD sales, sales growth from the previous year, and their customer service rating, will all be displayed on the dashboard. This allows you to quickly spot any areas of concern, as well as highlighting areas that deserve recognition.

Individual performance coaching from anywhere.

By now you know that one of the most important tasks as an Expedia Cruises Franchisee is to continuously coach and guide your team of extraordinary Vacation Consultants to sales success. With the help of our Consultant coaching tool, as well as My Team Dashboard, you will be able to have constructive conversations with each of your Consultants, as you see fit.
