Vacation Consultants:

  • Do business as Independent Contractors, not employees

Partner Central will house a database of potential Vacation Consultants from a variety of lead sources. Training to get your new Consultants selling quickly.

Expedia Cruises’ onboarding process is designed to give people with no travel industry experience the confidence to begin marketing and selling quickly.

During your location build-out, you’ll simultaneously be learning the ins and outs of the travel industry and attending a week-long intensive training session, called Cruise Management Academy (CMA). During CMA you’ll take a deep dive into the entire Expedia Cruises system and connect with Subject Matter Experts who will answer any questions you may have.

In addition to CMA, Expedia Cruises has established our own sales training program called The Navigators Approach – which we will discuss in the next section! Plus, through Partner Central’s online learning environment, you’ll guide new team members through the industry, system, and sales training they’ll need to confidently guide customers toward the right purchase decision.
